Students of the 21st Century are expected to do a lot more than the old adage of “reading, writing, and ‘rithmatic”.  MURSD 1:1 Learning acts as just a part of developing students to have the skills mentioned in the infographic below.  Although we have the students use their iPads to do many of these things, we often see engaging debates happen face-to-face in classrooms, students investigate and experiment in lab activities, and learn by doing in art, music, and phys ed.

Look for regular updates on the growth of our 21st Century learners this fall.  We can’t wait to have them back.
